The communication was excellent right up until the point my car was in the shop. It was also good while convincing me to buy a new set of tires. At that point, things went downhill. Unauthorized work was completed, for which I was charged. The work was sloppy, and there was debris left in my car and bead sealer all over the wheels. I had to call the shop myself to find out when my car would be ready, and while I initially appreciated being able to pick it up the same day, I would have much preferred to come back a day later and find the work had been completed in less of an amateurish, slapdash fashion. The only solution offered was for me to drive the 2+ hours round-trip to the shop for them to clean up their own mess. I will have to take this up with American Express.

I have been going to Bison Auto for many years with various cars and have always been satisfied with the service I have received or I wouldn’t go there. I was recently that and I continue to be a satisfied customer. And Maria is a very good front facing customer service asset. She is great and very personable. Thanks Guys your the best!

We've been taking our car to Bison for several years now. They consistently do very good work. A couple of weeks ago we had the brakes done on our 13 year old Honda. After a few days we started hearing a squealing noise occasionally when braking. We took the car back to Bison, they checked everything, took the squealing brake about and cleaned it. No Charge. This is a great mechanic. Would definitely recommend.
